Returns

You have 30 days to regret your purchase from the day of arrival or the day reported to arrive. Return the product to us in the same condition and quantity (with hangtags etc.) as you received it. Fill out the return form with the correct return code and send us the item within 30 days of arrival. As soon as we receive your return, the amount will be refunded to your account. You also have the option to cancel the order by refusing to receive the goods. If you do this, the item is returned to us. All freight costs for returned items are at the customers expense.

All parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received at our returns address stated below.

Note: We can only handle returned products that you have purchased through Fatmoosebrand.com. Remember to save the tracking number. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse. Send the returned goods to:

Warranty

There's always a 2 year warranty on products bought from Fat Moose. The warranty doesn't cover damages directly or indirectly occurred as a result of mistreatment.
