Why did you start Fat Moose?

We actually didn’t come up with Fat Moose, we bought it in 2017 and created the brand and the look we have today.

We had a vision of creating a Nordic Outdoor brand that incorporated both fashion and spoke to the urban lifestyle segment at the same time. We saw a shortage of the Scandinavian style represented on the market, and we wanted to fill that gap with our brand

What do you do when you’re not at the office?

I do a lot of sports, like golf for example. I also do Ultra Runs, and I ride my bike around the city on an everyday basis. Apart from that I also love to go out for dinner and going for walks. I could be better at making use of the cultural things Copenhagen offers, but I’m working on that.

I like going for a cold dip on a winter’s day, but it’s been a while since I last did that.

What does a perfect weekend look like?

The perfect weekend is when I don’t have to set the alarm. Where I can just wake up when I’m completely rested, where I can have my morning cup of coffee and relax, a weekend where I have time to reflect. I love to spend time with my kids and my girlfriend, and I’m quite good at exploring and enjoying my city.

The only thing that could make this kind of weekend even better, would be to meet up with some friends to play golf or to go for a long run.

Which animal are you most afraid of?

Snakes, I think they’re unpredictable and erratic.

Who’s the funniest you know?

The funniest people I know are probably my soccer friends, especially when we chat on Messenger. They probably make me laugh the hardest.

What’s your favorite dish?

It’s hard to choose, because I love so many dishes, but risotto is probably the right answer right now.

What’s your favorite Fat Moose item?

I don’t have necessarily have a favorite model, but it’s definitely one of the jackets. I love when the practical meets the stylish. I’m generally a sucker for jackets.
